PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: CSBG STATE PLAN APPLICATION
The Department of Commerce, as the designated lead agency to administer the American Samoa Community Services Block Grant Program (CSBG), will hold a public hearing at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024. The public hearing will be at the Department of Commerce conference room on the second floor of the AP Lutali Executive Office Building (EOB) in Utulei.
The public hearing is to review and comment on the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) State Plan and Application for Federal Fiscal Years 2024 and 2025. Copies of the State Plan are available for public inspections at the Department of Commerce's EOB office during normal business hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
