Public Notice: Turtle & Shark Phase II

On or about March 17, 2023 the Department of Commerce, American Samoa Government will submit a request to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $500,000 Under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 as amended to undertake a project known as the Turtle and Shark Lookout Phase II, which is an extension of the existing Lookout deck to incorporate public facilities for the convenience of the general public.
